CNC Z-Axis Plasma Torch Assembly,
Please note the torch, stepper motor and motor coupler not included.
The proxy sensor is included.
The assembly uses a SFU1204 standard ballscrew and HGR15 linear rail. All moving parts are industry standard and easily serviceable and replaced if needed. The floating head uses a MGN12 linear rail.
The design is meant for prolonged use, easy to service and replace any parts necessary.
This is a slim design with clever features to keep it compact, and have a short stick out. The center of the torch to the mounting plate is only 3.5 inches. The travel is 5.125 inches.
The torch brackets can accommodate various sizes of torches.
